1. Who are we?
This policy explains how Northworks AI handles personal information submitted through northworksai.com and in the conversations that follow a request.
Northworks AI is operated by Khalil Belmouddene, at 832 Boulevard de l’Industrie, Saint-Paul, QC J0K 3E0. The business is being registered under the name Northworks AI Solutions.
2. What we collect and why
The form asks for your need, the diagnostic format, your team size, your name and your email. Company, phone and context are optional.
We use this information to answer your request and arrange the diagnostic. We do not sell or rent it.
Do not send passwords, keys, government ID numbers, banking data, medical records or other sensitive information through the form.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The form code does not set cookies or use the browser’s local or session storage. The website loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance.
The French homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from jsDelivr. These services receive your device’s IP address to deliver those files.
4. Hosting and email
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit the form, Cloudflare Email sends your request from contact@northworksai.com to Khalil’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google.
The form code does not store or log your answers. They are received only in that email inbox.
5. Processing outside Québec
Cloudflare and Google may process and store your information outside Québec, including in the United States.
If your organization requires it, we can arrange hosting in Québec and a data governance framework for your project.
6. Artificial intelligence
Your form answers are not used to train AI models or to make automated decisions.
7. Retention and deletion
If no project follows your request, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last exchange, including from the email inbox.
If a project begins, we keep your information for the duration of the business relationship.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@northworksai.com. We reply within 30 days.
